Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Policy
You have 07 Working days from the date of receipt to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Condition : Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of Purchase : A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns And prepare Proper 360 Degree video of the order at the time opening of the package .
Some items are exempt from being returned, including Customize Products, personalized products, or final sale items.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@cosmokicks.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Shipping
Return Shipping : You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.
Shipping Costs : Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 Working days.
5. Exchange
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 07 Working days of receipt. Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items.
6. Non-Returnable Items

– Final Sales
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
– Check your bank account or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
